The full story
The draft repeats a countywide restriction that "Recreational Vehicles ... shall not be used at any place within the established boundaries of unincorporated Box Elder County, at any time, as permanent living." It also sets an occupancy limit: "Recreational vehicles shall not be occupied on a lot or parcel for more than 14 consecutive days and no more than 90 total days of any single calendar year." The text clarifies that the intended use is recreational and not for longer-term placement or full-time living.
