Commissioner Wayne Olson raised concerns about Parshall Ambulance requesting assistance for operating costs from the Ambulance & Fire Fund. Auditor Stephanie A. Pappa reported that the State Auditor recommended not allowing operating expenses to be paid from that fund because of its limited stipulations.
