Attorney John Markey represented developer Kevin Maderas in a presentation to the Planning Board on a proposed 56‑unit apartment building at 810 State Road (Stone Ledge Apartments). Markey and Kevin Maderas described the six‑acre parcel, a driveway set back about 350 feet from Route 6, three‑story frontage with up to four stories at the rear due to grade, and 112 surface parking spaces plus four garage stalls to meet parking requirements.
