At its Nov. 13 meeting the board adopted a resolution titled 'PowerSchool Litigation Resolution' on a 5-0 roll-call vote. The resolution was moved by Waller and supported by Grodi and recorded as carried.

The Mason Consolidated Schools Board of Education adopted a PowerSchool Litigation Resolution at the Nov. 13 meeting. Trustee Waller moved for adoption and Trustee Grodi supported the motion; the roll-call vote recorded five affirmative votes with two members absent, and the motion carried 5-0.
