During its Feb. 18, 2025 meeting the O'Brien County Board of Supervisors approved three separate utility construction applications submitted by Windstream North. The approvals covered: (1) work at the 510th St / Redwing Ave intersection; (2) work from Polk Ave to a residence at 4252 Polke Ave; and (3) work north of 4840 Polk Ave and across Polk Ave. Each approval was moved and seconded by supervisors on the floor and the record states the motions "carried by all ayes."
