Heidi Siegel, the town manager, presented a package of updates to Chapter 4 of the town code that she said mainly cleans up language to match the Florida Building Code and recent state statutes and administrative rules. She told the committee the revisions will be scheduled for first reading before the town commission on Aug. 10; ordinances require two readings for adoption.
