The O'Brien County Board of Supervisors, meeting as Drainage Trustees for Drainage Districts 4 and 5, approved a quote-approval process for Drainage District 5 presented by consultant Bolton & Menk on Feb. 4, 2025. Supervisor Friedrichsen moved the approval and Supervisor McDowell seconded; the motion carried on a unanimous voice vote.
