Donna Parker, representing Oklahoma Court Services, reported to the Kay County BOCC that community service participants logged a total of 851.63 hours for February 2026. Parker said there were 18 new community service clients in the month and 36 regular clients who turned in hours; sanction hours were recorded as 0 and there were five offender completions.
