The Southgate City Council approved Resolution 25-18 at its Dec. 17, 2025 meeting, authorizing the mayor to execute a grading and temporary construction agreement between MP Apt. Venture, LLC and All Northern KY Senior Living Real Estate, LLC. The motion to approve (mover: Council Member Curry; second: Council Member Melville) passed by voice vote, Aye 5 Nay 0.
