Facilities Authority declares surplus property, approves payroll and vendor claims

Trustee Josh Powers moved to approve a resolution declaring a list of items surplus, including one HP laptop (ID# K-218.110L), one Panasonic Toughbook (ID# K-218.51L), office furniture and appliances, and multiple chairs for the Comanche County Detention Center. Vice-Chair Ryan John seconded the motion and it passed with Powers, John and Owens voting aye.
Powers also moved to approve claims and purchase orders, including detention center payroll FA260597 for $133,383.10 and vendor payments such as $37,837.80 to Tiger Commissary for inmate meals, $37,345.00 to Grady County for inmate housing, and $6,133.79 to the City of Lawton for water. Emergency Management purchase orders and blanket purchase orders were also listed and approved. The motions were adopted unanimously by the trustees.
