Deliberations on a Conditional Use Permit application by Circle K Stores Inc., with agent Christian Cabrera and proposed owner 103 Elm Street LLC, were postponed by the Oneida County Planning and Development Committee on May 13 at the applicant's request. Planning Director Karl Jennrich reported the applicant had sent an email indicating they might withdraw.
