Consultants step back from Higgins Lake project; board says study needed before flow changes
Commissioners reported that Prein & Newhof, Wade Trim and OMH declined further work on Higgins Lake; Chair Sensor said she consulted James Tiffany and the board discussed possibly reducing a 50 cfs flow outside spawning season but agreed a study is required.

During the May 13 special session, Chair Darlene Sensor told commissioners that Prein & Newhof will no longer work on Higgins Lake and that Wade Trim and OMH also expressed no interest. Sensor said she met with James Tiffany, who will review the materials and provide a determination.
