Board approves multiple subdivision plats, advances Legacy Ridge urban‑renewal process
Between March and July the board approved several preliminary and final plats (Oamek, Loess Hills Acres, Hawkeye Estates, Legacy Ridge Phase 1, Wonder Ridge Replat, Schultz) and moved to amend the Heartland Ridge urban‑renewal area (now Legacy Ridge) with a public hearing set for July 28 on a TIF‑backed development agreement.
