The Kay County Board of County Commissioners on March 9 approved an intergovernmental agreement with the Ponca Tribe to perform maintenance on county roadways that benefit Kay County residents. The agreement was approved "as written," and District Attorney Brian Hermanson reviewed and approved it as to form before the board voted.
