The Kay County Public Buildings Authority met in special session at 8:45 a.m. Monday, March 2, 2026, in the Kay County Administration Building in Newkirk. Chairman Jason Shanks called the meeting to order; Vice-Chairman Jeff Kreger was absent and Member Shane Jones was present.
