A program participant, Angie Harms, described the program as life-changing. "The program has saved me. I am happy and know I now have a future," Harms said. Miller reported that $23,649.99 had been expended from the county's Opioid Fund for the first quarter of 2026. On a motion by Monty Piearcy seconded by Mark Sharpton, the board accepted the first-quarter report (Piearcy-AYE, Sharpton-AYE, Coffman-AYE).
The presentation provided program outcomes and a financial summary; no further action was requested beyond accepting the report.
