Planning commission setbacks: HHunt pulls Hunting Hawk; Marchetti deferred
EDA staff reported HHunt withdrew the Hunting Hawk project after the Planning Commission denied its rezoning application, and that the Marchetti project was deferred by the Planning Commission to its March meeting following a community meeting on Feb. 8.

Deputy Director Armon Smith told the board that HHunt pulled the Hunting Hawk project from the Board of Supervisors agenda after the Planning Commission denied approval of the rezoning application. Smith said the company removed the item from the supervisors' agenda rather than proceed immediately to the board.
