Robert Vaughn, serving as interim manager for ORMICS/ORHC ambulance operations, updated the council on fleet and staffing. He said the hospital recently finished paying for two new ambulances that should be on the road within about 2–3 weeks; a third ambulance is being remounted with an estimated nine-month completion timeline.
