Audit categories were checked against the draft articles and the meeting transcript. Issues found included a typographical error in the transcript date line ("Juny" corrected to "June"), an incomplete name for one citizen ("Katherine" recorded with no surname in the transcript), and places where statements in the minutes were recorded in passive voice; articles use unattributed phrasing where speaker attribution could not be independently confirmed from the transcript.
All identified issues were corrected or handled conservatively: transcript typos were normalized for publication, single-name commenters were reported using the name given without inventing a surname, and direct attributions were used only when the transcript explicitly identified the speaker. No new factual claims were introduced.
