Acting as the Todd County Ditch Authority, the board acknowledged a Hold Harmless Agreement application from David and Edna Bontrager to clean a portion of County Ditch 11 in section 7 of Ward Township; the acknowledgment was moved by Commissioner Denny and seconded by Commissioner Becker and adopted unanimously.
Separately, the board adopted a resolution granting Scott Irlbeck permission to maintain approximately 2,728 feet of the North Branch, Main Ditch of County Ditch 27 on parcel 28-0007900 in Wykeham Township (section 10). The resolution—adopted unanimously—includes conditions: maintenance is limited to returning the ditch to its original width and depth (no lowering or widening the ditch bottom); sediment and vegetation removal are limited to original ditch bottom elevation; spoil may be side-cast within 16.5 feet of the ditch or moved to an approved upland site.
