After completing public business, Member Jessica Nielsen moved and Member Lyndsay Garbett seconded a motion to adjourn to a closed executive session to review and discuss the character and professional competence of individuals, as provided in Utah Code §52-4-205(1)(a). Recorded votes show Members Garbett and Nielsen voting Aye; the minutes record the closed session lasted from 4:22 p.m. to 5:40 p.m.
