Task Force hears DUI and MIP counts; breath-test refusals noted
The Task Force reviewed MIP/DUI data: Anaconda-Deer Lodge County recorded four DUIs (all breath-test refusals) since the last meeting, while the Montana Highway Patrol reported three DUIs; staff will produce a 2025 date-organized graph for future comparison.
