The Administration Committee reported the county's deferred-maintenance list and that work on the Administration Building remodel could begin in May with a target completion by winter 2026. Building and Grounds provided the update to the committee and the board discussed timing and next steps.
The Road Department reported engineering for 2026 township road projects is complete; because the Road Engineer position is vacant, Wightman and Associates will be contracted to assist with four federal road grants. The Finance Committee said it reviewed eight road project bids and evaluated submitted waivers.
