The Planning Commission denied the conditional/interim use permit application CUP-2026-005 for Michael Rodeghiero after a public hearing that generated multiple named commenters. The minutes list a series of opposed commenters (including Randy Rosvold, Keith Rosvold, Jamie Freel, Nate Rosvold, Ivan Timm, Steve Carlson, Kristin Seline and others) and one supportive commenter (Jordan VanAuken). Following the public comment period, the commission moved to deny the CUP; the denial motion was recorded and the minutes show the commissioners voting to deny the permit.
