The Clinton County Board of Commissioners approved a CY26 Service Agreement totaling $106,177.95 with the Ingham and Clinton County Department of Veteran Affairs and approved a position upgrade for the Veterans Benefits Counselor role. Amy Pocan outlined that the existing per-case billing model no longer reflected full service delivery costs and that turnover in a grant-funded position had disrupted continuity; the revised agreement aims to improve cost recovery and staff retention.
