Mountain Towns Recreation Director Liam Elio told the Town of Winhall Selectboard that the regional recreation program is in its second year of a three-year contract across five towns and that Winhall's 2025 contribution is $17,862 based on population share. Elio asked the board how Winhall residents were benefitting and whether registered Winhall children were using the center for sports and other activities.
