During the public-comment portion of the June 10, 2025 meeting, Serenity Skillman, representing Granger Waste Services, addressed the committee and presented a detailed matrix of suggested changes to how the county’s draft Materials Management Plan describes the siting process for waste-related facilities. The minutes record Skillman as the presenter of the matrix and list the item under public comment.
