Director Christine Collom told the Administrative Policy Board that Clinton County Central Dispatch currently employs seven fully trained telecommunicators and that one employee recently resigned citing difficulty managing high-stress calls. Two new employees began last week and are in Phase 1 of training; both previously worked for ELPD but have no prior dispatch experience.
