Christie Boswell, the town's short‑term rental (STR) administrator, told the Select Board she is reviewing the STR application to identify items that should be changed, updated or deleted and will compile a list of proposed changes focused on simplifying the process. Boswell noted that, "9 or more occupants require a Commercial Fire System with a panel per Patrick Banks, State Fire Marshal," as recorded in the minutes.
