Precision Aviation told the Council it is working with a regional startup on an eVTOL project and requested use of the airport helipad for about two weeks in June for testing. The Council agreed in principle to allow the testing only after two conditions are met: (1) the helipad is closed to other operations with adequate notice to emergency services and (2) Precision Aviation provides a Hold Harmless agreement covering the proposed work and testing.
