T-hangars full and FBO flags PlanePass billing method as problematic
Seneca FBO reported T-hangars at 100% occupancy and raised complaints about PlanePass billing aircraft overnight even when they remained in private hangars; the FBO said recent Florida guidance and pending federal action may affect that billing method. Seneca will report back at the next meeting.

Seneca Flight’s representative told the Penn Yan/Yates County Airport Council that T hangars at the field are at 100% occupancy and that a billing practice used by the PlanePass/Vector system is creating complaints among tenants and transient operators.
