On March 30, the Wagoner County Board of Commissioners approved Rural Water District #2 Payment Application #2 in the amount of $474,797.43. Commissioner James Hanning moved for approval and Commissioner Randy Stamps seconded; the motion passed with Hanning, Stamps and Kelley voting "aye."
