The Buffalo County Land Management Committee voted Feb. 6, 2026, to approve an ordinance amending the county zoning district map to rezone property in the Town of Milton. The committee acted after the public hearing portion had no public testimony and after a town acknowledgement form in favor of the rezone was received.
