The Yates County Planning Board considered referral 2026‑24 from the Town of Torrey in which Sharon Lockner proposed subdividing roughly 25 acres from a 53‑acre parcel at 790 State Route 14. Lockner said she intends to remain on one parcel and list the other for sale, and that the prospective purchaser is a private buyer, not for solar development.
