County approves Level 365 to replace phone system, will include staff training

Blackford County voted Dec. 16 to replace its telephone system and selected Level 365 as the vendor. Aaron Schaff (Level 365) told the board the company will supply the replacement system and provide training for county staff. Commissioner Dan Borgenheimer moved to approve the purchase; the motion passed 3–0.
