Subcommittee advances Safe at Home changes to full judiciary
The House Criminal Justice Subcommittee unanimously voted to send House Bill 15-52 to full judiciary. The sponsor said the bill lets a sibling be a co-applicant, allows out-of-state victims to enroll without a Tennessee protection order, and excludes entries on the persistent domestic violence offenders registry.
