Mr. Ashback reported to the Health and Safety Committee that the agenda listed five nuisance complaints. He said "The 1st 1 is ongoing... The 2nd 1, it's not been repaired but there is still no tenant in there and they're not allowed to rent it out until it's fixed," and that the third and fifth matters had been closed by Darren but the paperwork did not arrive prior to the meeting.
On the fourth complaint he said sanitation trucks were being stored at a residential location and the owner was given 30 days to find an alternative storage site. The committee heard the status report and moved on to other agenda items; no formal enforcement actions were recorded during the meeting.
