The Elko TV District board approved a motion authorizing two district representatives — to coordinate and act for the district in signing and working with the Bureau of Land Management on right-of-way grants for access roads related to the Grindstone / Maggie Creek site. The board identified staff (Mike Murphy of DCS and Ken Wiley) to serve as agents for BLM communications and paperwork.
