County approves traffic marking contract increase, accepts project
Allen County approved a $59,928.30 change order increasing the 2025 Traffic Marking contract and formally accepted the traffic marking project for $574,338.30. Commissioners cited added line striping needs.

Allen County Highway Director Bill Hartman told the board that additional striping was required on resurfaced routes, prompting Change Order #1 and Final for 2025 Traffic Marking that increased the contract by $59,928.30. The board then accepted the traffic marking project for a total of $574,338.30 to Victory Trucking and Supply Inc. and Three Rivers Barricade & Equipment Co.
