Jackson County commissioners approved a set of agreements with Toshiba covering equipment purchase, leases and maintenance for multiple county departments. The approved items included a sales order for a copier serving Probation, HR and Drug & Alcohol departments; an FMV lease for the Veterans Services office; an MAS 5.0.0 maintenance agreement for the Auditor’s copier; and an AIMS MAS 5.0.0 Managed Printers-as-a-Service contract covering 16 printers after five departments opted in.
Commissioner Matt Reedy moved to approve the contracts and Commissioner Drew Storey seconded; the minutes record three yes votes and the motion carried. The minutes do not include contract dollar amounts or full contract language; departments will manage procurement execution per county purchasing rules.
