Commissioner Nicholas Thomas moved to designate for use the capital credits received from the Comptroller's Office, pursuant to Local Government Code Sec. 381.004, to be used by the Economic Development Corporation (EDC). Commissioner Dawn Webb seconded the motion and it carried without opposition.
