Adolfo Garcia of High Plains Engineering presented a cost estimate for replacing the Rodeo Arena retaining wall. After the presentation, Commissioner Nicholas Thomas moved to approve replacing the retaining wall with the assistance of High Plains Engineering and to go out for a Request for Quotes (RFQ); Commissioner Dale Schafer seconded and the motion carried without opposition.
