Elko County dispatch reports full staffing, ongoing recording filing problems with NGA
Elko County dispatch manager said the center is near full staffing, but recording files are being consolidated under a single SIP line—making it hard to distinguish 911 from non-emergency calls; NGA can provide missing recordings from its cloud as an interim fix.

Carrie Hunton, manager at the Elko County Regional Communication Center, said staffing levels have improved and several trainees have completed their one-year training; new staff will join later in the month. "I am now kind of officially fully staffed," Hunton said.
