The Blue Earth River Watershed Planning Partnership Policy Committee voted to set a public hearing on Nov. 17 at 9:00 a.m. to solicit public input on proposed revisions to the watershed plan. Roger Pohlman, Jackson County, moved the hearing date and Nicole Eckstrom, Freeborn County, seconded; the minutes record that "Motion by Roger Pohlman, second by Nicole Eckstrom to set agenda and date of the public hearing for November 17th at 9am. Motion carried unanimously."
