Committee approves amendment to Clark Patterson Lee contract for Silver Lake dredging
The Planning Committee approved an amendment to Resolution No. 22-020 to increase the Clark Patterson Lee contract for Silver Lake Dredging Project, Phase 3 by $15,000 (total not to exceed $80,000) and extend the contract to Dec. 31, 2026 (MUNIS Change Order #1478); motion by Rudgers carried 7-0 with one absence.

The Planning Committee voted to amend Resolution No. 22-020 (as previously amended) to authorize the chairman to sign an amended contract with Clark Patterson Lee for preliminary plan design, development and permitting of the Silver Lake Dredging Project, Phase 3. The amendment increases the contract by $15,000 to a new not-to-exceed total of $80,000 and extends the contract end date to Dec. 31, 2026 under MUNIS Contract Change Order #1478. The motion was made by Rudgers and recorded as carried with seven ayes; McCormick was absent.
