At the Feb. 19 meeting the Board of Ottawa County Commissioners authorized transfers and appropriations as requested by the Clerk of Courts. The motion was moved by Commissioner Donald A. Douglas, seconded by Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler, and approved with recorded “yes” votes from Commissioners Mark W. Stahl, Donald A. Douglas and Mark E. Coppeler.
