The Board of Ottawa County Commissioners voted unanimously on Feb. 19 to authorize the board president to sign Department of Justice Federal Equitable Sharing Agreements and Certifications for the Ottawa County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and for the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office for the year ending Dec. 31, 2025. Commissioner Donald A. Douglas moved the motions; Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler seconded. Commissioners Mark W. Stahl, Donald A. Douglas and Mark E. Coppeler each recorded a “yes” vote.
