The Fulton County Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution 2026-190 on March 19 to establish and increase appropriation lines and to transfer funds among county accounts. The resolution lists specific line-item changes and transfers, the largest of which reallocated $1,590,000 from an unappropriated GT&MV account into contract projects, equipment/garage and vehicles.
The resolution enumerated increases to specific expense lines, including $175,000 for NE Water System other expenses and $41,500 for equipment capital improvements. It also records multiple transfers among JFS accounts and workforce funds. Commissioner Jeff Rupp moved adoption; Commissioner Joe Short seconded and the motion passed 2-0.
