Jackson County commissioners approved Ordinance #16 (Commissioner Bill #6) on June 26, 2025, reconfirming Commissioner districts. According to the meeting minutes, Commissioner Drew Storey moved to approve the ordinance, Commissioner Drew Markel seconded, and "the motion passed with (2) two yes votes." Commissioner Matt Reedy is recorded as absent for the vote.
