The Plan Commission reviewed a rezoning petition and primary development plan from Rodriguez Realty Group LLC for a multiple‑family complex west of 540 Dunkelberg Road (REZ-2025-0051; PDP-2025-0034). After staff presentation and Commission discussion, Commissioner Ron Turpin moved to send a DO PASS recommendation to the Board of Commissioners on the rezoning; Commissioner James Wolff seconded and the motion passed 6-0. The Commission also conditionally approved the primary development plan on a 6-0 vote.
